Return Policy

We stand behind every item we sell. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery — no runaround, no stress.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be returned in its original condition
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date

In-Store / Local Returns (Greater St. Louis Area)
Local returns are handled at no charge. We'll repair or replace your item — whichever resolves the issue best.

Shipped Returns
Returns sent back via shipping are subject to a restocking fee, unless:

  • The item arrived damaged, or
  • The item's condition was not accurately represented in the listing

If either of those apply, we'll cover the return and make it right at no cost to you.
