How long will it take to get my item?
We usually get your item ready in 1 business day. After that, it takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive if you live in the main part of the United States (not including Alaska or Hawaii).
Sometimes it might take a little longer if there’s a holiday, weekend, or a storm.
Can I pick up my item instead of having it shipped?
Yes! If you're nearby, you can pick up your item from our store. Just choose local pickup when you buy it, and we’ll let you know when it’s ready.
Pickup is usually ready in 1 business day or less.

What if my item breaks after I buy it?
At Red Leaf, we’ve got you covered.
If something you buy from us stops working, we’ll help fix or replace it within 90 days — even for business purchases. We want you to be happy with what you get!
What if I change my mind after buying something?
No problem! We offer 30-day free returns.
If you’re not happy with your item, just let us know within 30 days, and we’ll help you return it—no extra cost to you.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase!
Just make sure the item is in the same condition you received it, and you’ll get a full refund.
I just placed an order. Can I cancel it?
Yes! If you need to cancel your order, please contact us right away.
If we haven’t shipped it yet, we can cancel it and give you a full refund.

In short.. we test the item, fix what is broken, test the item again, determine its value, and then list it for sale.

Red Leaf was incorporated Feb 2012.
Moved into the Chesterfield, MO area in October of 2016.
Red Leaf relocated to the Maryland Heights, MO area in December of 2020.
In September of 2024, Red Leaf began a new chapter under the leadership of new owners, Tammy & Mark Kenniston.

Where did the name Red Leaf come from?
The “Red Leaf” name symbolizes the life cycle of IT equipment. The red leaves of autumn signify a change of season, which is similar to the recycling process we offer to our customers.
As the leaves are recycled back into the Earth, we should also recycle and or reuse the electronics that are discarded on a daily basis.
